Over the course of 12 weeks we will learn, practice and explore:

  • How to work with that internal voice and thought patterns that keep you stuck and no longer serve you. 

  • Practices to ground you in your physical body, calm the mind and regulate the nervous system. 

  • How to set meaningful and deeply aligned intentions when it comes to your wellness journey - ones that matter to you.  

  • What it feels like to have support and a community of amazing women seeking change, just like you.

WHAT YOU GET

Two (2) 1:1 coaching calls with me (60 min)   

  • Session 1 Call: What do you really want for your health and overall well-being? Here we get clear on where you are, where you want to go and begin to pave the path of how we will get there, together.

  • Session 2 Call: Celebrate the wins and the badass you are, and set out a clear plan to support your continued growth and freedom when it comes to your body, your health and yourself. 

Ten (10) weekly calls with an amazing group of women, focused on deep connection, shared learning and real time practice (60 min)

  • When women come together, magic happens, friends! We meet once a week to explore new topics, share our challenges and celebrate our successes. This is where we source energy, collective wisdom, support and compassion from each other, and connect on the shared transformational journey.

Weekly practices and tools to ground you in your body, support mindfulness and open your heart

Ongoing messaging access to me and other group members for the duration of the course, and beyond!

  • One hour long call a week for 12 weeks (10 group calls, 2 one on one). Beyond that, you will have endless opportunities to explore and practice on your own. The more you put in, the more you will get out. Establishing a foundation for lasting change does require time, attention and energy - there is no way around that. But learning to trust your body and yourself again to live your best life? So worth it!

  • Don’t worry one bit - life happens. All calls are recorded and made available to group members. 

  • I like to keep numbers intimate - our group will be capped at 8 participants. 

  • I am a certified personal trainer and holistic health coach with over 12 years in the industry, and a lifetime of my own personal experience. My purpose on this earth is to help women to reconnect with their body, tap into their inner strength and soul led desires and find an approach to their wellness that is sustainable, intuitive and fun. I’m here to guide you to feeling unbound.
